Previously, our team worked hard to fulfill individual pickup orders by selecting plants at the farm
and delivering them to Set Apart Health over several weeks. While we loved offering this
convenience, the process has become increasingly labor-intensive and costly as we’ve grown.
To keep our prices affordable and ensure long-term sustainability, we’ve decided to reimagine
our local order process.

This year, we’re making plant pickups more fun, efficient, and interactive. Here’s how it works:

• Pre-Order Online: You’ll still have the option to secure your plants by pre-ordering
  online. This guarantees your plants will be ready for pickup.
• U-Pick Style Event: Instead of multiple pickup dates, we’re hosting a special 3-day
  U-Pick Style Pickup Event at Set Apart Health. During these days, you can come pick
  up your pre-ordered plants and personally select your favorites. We’ll have everything
  organized for a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Bonus Shopping Opportunities: We’ll have additional plants and products available
  during the event, so you can browse and pick up extras if you find something you love.
• A Fun Atmosphere: We’re turning this into a celebration! Expect a festive atmosphere
  with goodies, music, and a community feel to make your visit truly special.
  

Note: If necessary, we may extend the event beyond three days to ensure everyone has ample
time to pick up their orders

We’re currently finalizing our offerings for veggie plants, cut flower plants, and herbs. Due to
changes in our supply chain, including the closure of a partner greenhouse, we are working
hard to ensure we can provide these items at competitive prices. When the website launches,
these categories will be marked as “Coming Soon” until we finalize the details.
